The bill (Reg. No. 2116a) aims to eliminate possibilities to delay a period of appeal from a judgment and, thus, its enactment, by persons that were involved in administrative case and were present at a session of court.
Particularly, the bill suggests amend article 167 of the Code of Administrative Proceedings.
It was noted that the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat agrees to the amendments suggested in the bill and recommends adopt the draft law as a basis, following the results of consideration in the first reading.
Thereat, Committee members noted that the bill requires financial and economic adjustment in line with requirements of article 27 of the Budget Code and article 91 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada.
